- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 22(2) Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 [Akta 174], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976
dipinda—
(a)
dalam butiran 90, dengan menggantikan perkataan “Kolej Komuniti
Alor Gajah” yang terdapat dalam ruang kedua dengan perkataan
“Kolej Komuniti Masjid Tanah”; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan dalam ruang masing-masing selepas butiran 101
butiran yang berikut:
“102. Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah
Seluruh Akta kecuali seksyen 4, 17, 18, 19 dan 20.
Seksyen 103
Politeknik Muadzam Shah
Seluruh Akta kecuali seksyen 4, 17, 18, 19 dan 20.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 [Act 174], the Minister makes the follow-ing order: Name
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline)
(First Schedule) (Amendment) Order 2006.
Amendment of First Schedule
Seksyen 2
The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976
is amended—
(a)
in item 90, by substituting for the words “Kolej Komuniti Alor Gajah”
appearing in the second column the words “Kolej Komuniti Masjid
Tanah”; and
(b)
by inserting in the respective columns after item 101 the following items:
“102. Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah
The whole Act except sections 4, 17, 18, 19 and 20.
