EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (DISCIPLINE) (FIRST SCHEDULE)
(AMENDMENT) (No. 3) ORDER 2002
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2) of the Educational
Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 [Act 174], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (First
Schedule) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2002.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended by inserting in the respective columns after item 63 the following items:

The whole Act except sections 4, 17, 18, 19 and 20.

The whole Act except sections 4, 17, 18, 19 and 20.
