- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 [Act 174], the Minister makes the following order: Citation

This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (First Schedule) (Amendment) (No.3) Order 2000.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended by inserting in the respective columns after item 53 the following items:
"54. Maktab Perguruan Besut, Terengganu
The whole Act except 1 January 1999 sections 4,17,18,19 and 20
Seksyen 55
Maktab Perguruan Perlis, Perlis
Seksyen 56
The whole Act except 1 July 1999 sections 4,17,18,19 and 20
