Opening note
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Jambatan Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah) (Amendment)
Order 2019.
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
Substitution of First Schedule
The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (Jambatan Sultan
Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah) Order 2014 [P.U. (A) 84/2014], which is referred to as the
“principal Order” in this Order, is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following schedule:

(FOR BANDAR CASSIA TOLL PLAZA AND JAMBATAN

For the purpose of calculating the number of axles and wheels of a vehicle, the axles and wheels of any trailer towed by the vehicle shall be included as part of the axles and wheels of the vehicle.”.
