CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF EXPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967

[Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2011.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2012.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2008 [P.U. (A) 87/2008], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the Second Schedule—

(i)

by deleting items 13, 16, 21, 24, 28, 29, 34, 36, 37, 38, 40, 42 and 45 and the particulars relating to the items; and

(ii)

by substituting in item 46 in column (2) for the words “, formoterol or ractopamine” the words “or formoterol”.

Amendment of Third Schedule 3.

The Third Schedule to principal Order is amended by inserting after item 21 the following items:
