Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)
(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2011.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 November 2011.
Amendment of Fourth Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2008 [P.U. (A) 86/2008] is amended in Part II of the Fourth Schedule, by inserting after item 9 and the particulars relating to the item the following item:
(1)
Aluminium plates, sheets and strip of a thickness exceeding 0.2 mm, whether or not alloyed
(2)
Aluminium foil of a thickness not exceeding 0.2 mm, not backed:
