Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 87 of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Koperasi Usaha
Mawah Berhad) (Exemption) Order 2014.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 16 June 2014.
Exemption 2.
Koperasi Usaha Mawah Berhad is exempted from the application of subsection 43(4) of the Act for the purpose of the appointment of the members of the
Board of Koperasi Usaha Mawah Berhad at an annual general meeting of delegates for the 2014/2015 session.
