PERINTAH OPTIK (PINDAAN JADUAL KEDUA) 1994

Akia 469. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 41 Akta Optik 1991, Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis Optik Malaysia, membuat perintah yang berikut:

Nama.

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Optik (Pindaan Jadual Kedua) 1994.

Pindaan Jadual Kedus.

Seksyen 2

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Optik 1991 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas kelulusan "Bachelor of Science in Ophthalmic Optics" yang bersetentangan dengan negeri "United Kingdom" dan yayasan "City University London" kelulusan "Bachelor of Science in Optometry".

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Optical Act 1991, the Minister, after consulting the Malaysian Optical Council, makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Optical (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 1994.

Seksyen 2

The Second Schedule to the Optical Act 1991 is amended by inserting after the qualification "Bachelor of Science in Ophthalmic Optics" appearing against the country "United Kingdom" and the institution "City University London" the qualification "Bachelor of Science in Optometry".
