CONSTITUTION (AMENDMENT) (No.2) ACT 1984

FEDERAL TERRITORY OF LABUAN (EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF THE REGISTRATION OF PHARMACISTS ACT 1951) ORDER 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Constitution (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1984 [Act A585], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:

Citation

1. This order may be cited as the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of the Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951) Order 2009.

Extension of the Act and subsidiary legislation to the Federal Territory of Labuan

2. (1) The Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951 [Act 371], which is referred to as the "extended Act" in this Order, is extended to the Federal Territory of Labuan.

Modification of the extended Act and subsidiary legislation

3. (1) The extended Act is modified in the manner as set out in the Schedule.

Substitute for the words "only to the States of Peninsular Malaysia" the words "to the States of Peninsular Malaysia and the Federal Territory of Labuan".
