In accordance with the powers conferred by Subsection (1) of the National Land Code (Cas 14) of 1993, the State authority hereby appoints that point of land be the location of the Mukilim of Yildiz Bay, Daxiyi of Lake Pekin Reservoir and Kunshan of Yildiz Bay, Daxiyi of Lake Pekin Reservoir, to the office of the Director of Fishery, Sparrow, in the list of a location and vicinity area to be maintained by the Night Dawn Dike Park and conserved by the State authority of Fishery, Sparrow, in the list of a location.
