- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 16 dan 29 Akta Lembaga Pelabuhan 1963 [Akta 488], Lembaga Pelabuhan Johor dengan kelulusan Menteri membuat undang-undang kecil yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

JOHOR PORT AUTHORITY (SCALE OF CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS 2011
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16 and 29 of the Port Authority Act 1963 [Act 488], the Johor Port Authority with the approval of the Minister makes the following by-laws: Citation and commencement 1.

These by-laws may be cited as the Johor Port Authority (Scale of
Charges) (Amendment) By-Laws 2011.
(2)
These By-Laws come into operation on 23 August 2011.
Amendment of Third Schedule 2.
Part 14 of the Third Schedule to the Johor Port Authority By-Laws (Scales of
Charges) 2011 [P.U. (A) 175/2011] is amended in subitem (1)(b) in column (3) by substituting for the word “5.10” the word “6.80”.
