Section 38C

Any body corporate which commits an offence under this Enactment for which no penalty is expressly provided shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit, and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
