(1)
The Minister may give to a Board directions of a general character, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Enactment, as to the exercise and performance by the Board of its functions and the Board shall give effect to any direction so given.
(2)
A Board shall furnish the Minister with such information with respect to its property and activities as he may from time to time require.
