Section 14
(1)
The Akademi shall have a Registrar who shall be appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions of service as may be approved by the Board.

(2)
The Registrar shall be the principal registry officer of the
Akademi with such functions and duties as may be determined by the Board.
(3)
The Registrar shall perform his functions and discharge his duties under the direction and control of the Rector.
