Section 15
(1)
The Akademi shall have a Bursar who shall be appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions of service as may be approved by the Board.
(2)
The Bursar shall be the principal financial officer of the
Akademi with such functions and duties as shall be assigned to him by the Board.
(3)
The Bursar shall perform his functions and discharge his duties under the direction and control of the Rector.
