Section 34

The Bank may, where it is of the opinion that it is necessary for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act, examine, with or without any prior written notice, the premises, apparatus, equipment, machinery, books or other documents, accounts or transactions of an operator or issuer and any of his offices in or outside Malaysia.
