Section 11
(1)
The Council shall convene its meetings at least once in every three months and the meeting shall be held at the time and place specified in a written notice by the Chairman.
(2)
The Chairman may authorize the use of live video, television links or other appropriate communication or multimedia facilities for the purposes of any meeting of the Council.
