Section 30
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Agency shall have the right to promote, develop and commercialize any of the intellectual property which is registered with the national intellectual property central depository.
(2)
The
Agency shall, before promoting, developing or commercializing the intellectual property under section 29, obtain the consent from the owner of the intellectual property.
