s 22Regulations

(1)

The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for the better

carrying out of the provisions of this Act.

(2)

Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made—

(a)

to regulate the proceedings of the Academy and the Council;

(b)

prescribing generally for the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of the Council;

(c)

to regulate the administration of the Fund; and

(d)

to prescribe anything which under this Act may or is required to be prescribed.
