(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made—
(a)
to regulate the proceedings of the Academy and the Council;
(b)
prescribing generally for the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of the Council;
(c)
to regulate the administration of the Fund; and
(d)
to prescribe anything which under this Act may or is required to be prescribed.
