Disqualification from membership of Academy

Section 11
A Fellow shall cease to be a member of the Academy if he—
(a)
is convicted of an offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude;

(b)
is of unsound mind or is otherwise incapable of discharging his duties; or
(c)
is adjudicated a bankrupt.
