Termination of membership of a Fellow

(2)
Before the recommendation under subsection (1) is brought to the Academy for a decision the Fellow concerned shall be given an opportunity to give an explanation in writing to the Council stating the reasons as to why his membership should not be terminated.
(3)
Upon consideration of the written explanation given by the
Fellow under subsection (2) the Council shall forward its findings and recommendation to the Academy whose decision on the matter, made through its annual general meeting or extraordinary general meeting, shall be final.
