s 14Name and registered office of Labuan trust

(1)

Every trust instrument shall include the name by which the

Labuan trust is to be known and registered and such name shall remain unchanged until the termination of the trust unless the

Authority, having regard to the circumstances of the case, thinks it fit to authorize a change in the name.

(2)

The registered office of a Labuan trust shall be the registered office of the trust company which has been appointed as trustee of the trust and shall be the address for service of any documents upon the trust.
