14. Name and registered office of Labuan trust

Every trust instrument shall include the name by which the

―trust instrument‖ means an instrument by which a trust is created and includes a unilateral declaration of trust and any instrument varying the terms of the trust;

―Labuan trust‖ has the meaning assigned to it under subsection 8(1);

―Authority‖ means the Labuan Financial Services Authority established under section 3 of the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996;
The registered office of a Labuan trust shall be the registered office of the trust company which has been appointed as trustee of the trust and shall be the address for service of any documents upon the trust.

Defined · s 2―Authority‖ means the Labuan Financial Services Authority established under section 3 of the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996;

Defined · s 46B―company‖, in relation to designated shares, means a Labuan company or a Labuan limited liability partnership established under the Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 that has issued the designated shares;

Defined · s 2―Labuan trust‖ has the meaning assigned to it under subsection 8(1);
