Section 26
(1)
The Minister may make such regulations as may be necessary or expedient in respect of the Tribunal.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may be made for—
(a)
prescribing the forms to be used in proceedings under this Act;
(b)
prescribing and imposing fees and providing for the manner for collecting and disbursing such fees; and
(c)
prescribing any other matters for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
