Section 52 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “At any time during the period of the Protection Order made under subparagraph 51(3)(a)(ii), where” the word “Where”;
and
(b)
in subsection (2), by inserting after the words “is placed,” the words “or to the enforcement officer who is investigating the circumstances of the case of a trafficked person,”.
