Section 39
Prohibition against reproduction and publication of public archives
(1)
No person may reproduce or publish in whole or in part the contents of any public archives except—
(a)
with the prior written consent of the Director General;
(b)
in accordance with such terms and conditions as may be prescribed; and
(c)
upon payment of the fees as may be prescribed.
(2)
Nothing in this section shall be construed as affecting or extending the law relating to copyright.
