Act, no person, other than a supply authority, shall—

Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to authorize any person to cut down or clear away any vegetation or any fence or other erection or to enter into any building or upon any enclosure attached to any building.
(3)
In the case of reserved land, the notice under subsection (1)
may be given to the officer or any other person in charge of the reserved land or, in the absence of any such officer or person, to the District Land Administrator.
