Section 35

Commission or the person appointed by the Minister under subsection 34(3), as the case may be, shall have power to administer oaths and affirmations and shall be vested with the powers of a first class magistrate for compelling the attendance of witnesses, maintaining order or otherwise duly conducting the said enquiries. Persons summoned to attend any such enquiry shall be legally bound to attend.
