21. Amendment of section 29

Section 29 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “a person”

the words “or a licensees”; and

(b)

by inserting after subsection (3) the following subsection:

“(4) Any agreement made between licensees under subsection (1) shall be approved by the

Commission.”.
