36. Amendment of section 46

Subsection 46(1) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by inserting after the words “operation of any installation”

the words “, metering infrastructure, telemetering, application of communications over supply lines,”;

and

(b)

by substituting for the words “radio-communications, telecommunications, telegraph, telephone” the word

“communications”.
