Section 14A

Subsection 14(1) shall not, until the expiry of ten years from the date of coming into force of this section, apply in the case of a person who, with the view of obtaining the required experience in order to be entitled to be registered under Part IV of the Register, attends to women in childbirth under the supervision of a midwife registered under Part I, Part II or Part III of the Register.
