Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Labuan Business Activity
Tax Act 1990 and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
(2)
This Act shall have effect for the year of assessment 1991 and subsequent years of assessment.
