Section 2
The Income Tax Act 1967 [Act 53], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended by substituting for the word “Clerk”, wherever appearing in section 98 including the shoulder note, sections 100, 101 and Schedule 5 the word
“Secretary”.
