Section 23
(2)
In applying subsection (1), the provisions of—
Dangerous Drugs (Special Preventive Measures) 27
(a)
the proviso to subsection 4(3);
(b)
the first proviso to subsection 5(3); and
(c)
subsection 13G(3), of the Ordinance shall also apply mutatis mutandis in relation to this
Act in the same manner as they apply in relation to the Ordinance.
