Stationmaster to produce railway invoices and waybills

Section 41C
(1)
The stationmaster at the place of import of goods by rail and at the customs section to which goods are consigned shall produce to the proper officer the railway invoice or waybill or any other document approved by the Director General, as the case may be, in respect of such goods.
(2)
No cargo shall be loaded into or unloaded off the train, except with the permission of the proper officer.
