Section 65
(1)
All goods liable to seizure under this Act shall be liable to forfeiture.
(2)
For the purpose of this section and of sections 66, 67, 68 and 69
the word “goods” shall be deemed to include receptacles and conveyances other than vessels exceeding two hundred tons net registered tonnage.
(3)
All things forfeited shall be delivered to the proper officer and shall be disposed of in accordance with the directions of the Director General.
