Storage and disposal of intimate and non-intimate samples

Section 16
(1)
The Head of DNA Databank shall safely and securely store all intimate samples and non-intimate samples that are collected for the purpose of forensic DNA analysis, the portions of the samples that the Head of DNA Databank consider appropriate and without delay destroy any remaining portions.
(2)
The procedures for the storage and disposal of an intimate sample and a non-intimate sample shall be as prescribed.
