Application for registration as tourist accommodation premises

Section 31B
(1)
An application for registration as tourist accommodation premises under this Part shall—
(a)
be made to the Commissioner in the prescribed manner;
(b)
be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(2)
The Commissioner may, at any time after receiving an application under subsection (1), require, orally or in writing, the applicant to provide additional documents or information.
(3)
Where any additional document or information required under subsection (2) is not provided by the applicant within the time specified in the requirement, the application shall be deemed to have been withdrawn and shall not be further proceeded with, without prejudice to a fresh application being made by the applicant.
