Section 32
Every licensed tourism enterprise or licensed tourist guide shall submit an application to the Commissioner in such form as may be determined for the renewal of his licence at least thirty, but not more than sixty, days before the date of expiry of the licence and such application shall be accompanied with such documents and information as may be required by the Commissioner.

The prescribed fee shall be payable upon approval of the application.

Without prejudice to any other grounds, the Commissioner may refuse to renew a licence where the requirements of subsection (1) is not complied with.
(5)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
