Section 118
(1)
If control of a licensee has been assumed by the Commission or the appointed person under an order made under subsection 113(4) or section 114, no person shall obstruct or hinder the exercise of any duty, right or power by the Commission or the appointed person.
(2)
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
