Section 146
(1)
The amount of compensation, if any, payable under section 141 or 144 shall be assessed by the Land Administrator after such enquiry as he thinks sufficient.
(2)
A person aggrieved with the Land Administrator’s assessment may within twenty-one days after the assessment appeal to the
State Authority whose decision shall be final.
