Publication of revocation of individual licence

Section 15
(1)
Where the revocation of an individual licence has taken effect, the Commission shall, as soon as practicable, cause the revocation to be published in at least one national language and one English language national daily newspaper for at least three consecutive days.
(2)
Any delay or failure to publish the notice of revocation shall not in any manner affect the validity of the revocation.
(3)
The Minister and the Commission shall not be liable for any action, loss or damage arising from or occasioned by the publication of the notice referred to in subsection (1).
