Section 12
(1)
The grant of an individual licence under section 9 shall be personal to the individual licensee and the individual licence shall not be assigned, sub-licensed or transferred to any other person except with the prior written approval of the Minister.
(2)
An individual licensee who assigns, sub-licenses or transfers its individual licence to any other person without the prior written approval of the Minister commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
