Section 26
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, a Malaysian insolvency office-holder shall, in the exercise of his functions under the laws of Malaysia, and subject to the supervision of the Court, cooperate to the maximum extent possible with foreign courts or foreign representatives.
(2)
The Malaysian insolvency office-holder is entitled, in the exercise of his functions under the laws of Malaysia, and subject to the supervision of the Court, to communicate directly with foreign courts or foreign representatives.
