Section 2
[Act 555], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in section 47—
(a)
in the English language text, by substituting for the words “private educational institution” wherever appearing the words “private higher educational institution”; and

(AMENDMENT) ACT 2019
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
in paragraph (a), by inserting after the semicolon at the end of the paragraph the word “or”;
(ii)
in paragraph (b), by substituting for the words “; or” a full stop; and
(iii)
by deleting paragraph (c).
