Section 29
(1)
The assets of the Fund may, in so far as they are not required to be expended by the Institute under this Act, be invested in investments for the time being authorized by law for the investment of trust funds.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Institute shall not invest in securities issued or registered, or other property situated, outside
Malaysia except with the approval of the Treasury.
