Power to borrow

Section 33
(1)
The Institute may, with the approval of the Minister and the Minister of Finance, borrow any sums required by it for the proper performance of its functions or exercise of its powers.
(2)
The Statutory Bodies (Power to Borrow) Act 1999 [Act 598]
shall apply to the Institute.
