Power to commercialize research findings

Section 31
(1)
The Institute may, subject to such terms and conditions and the payment of such fees, royalties or other consideration, if any, as the Institute may determine, commercialize or cause to be commercialized any research findings or make available any research findings to any person for the purpose of its commercialization.
(2)
For the purpose of subsection (1), the Institute may enter into any arrangement for sharing of profits, union of interest, co-operation, joint-venture or equity participation with any person.
