Section 100

Any person who at any time hinders, obstructs or molests any local authority or any of its officers, employees, agents or contractors in the performance and execution of its duty or of anything which it is respectively empowered or required to do by virtue or in consequence of this Act or removes any mark set up for the purpose of indicating any level or direction necessary to the execution of works authorized by this Act, shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months.
